I am interested in being able to forward a channel to another in WMC7 but am not sure if the functionality exists. ?The reason for this is twofold. ?First I would like my family to stop using the standard definition channels and secondly Comcast has given us the same station on three different channels. ?It's confusing. ?So I would like to be able to do this:
NBC (Channels 4, 232, 804)
I'd like channel 804 to load any time someone enters 4, 232, or 804. ?
I tried accomplishing this by editing the channel listings and combining Channel 4 with 804 (for example), but what I get instead is a blank screen on channel 4. ?Is there a way to do what I want?
My WMC setup includes a Ceton Infini-TV Cable Card tuner. ?I don't think any other part of the setup is relevant. ?Correct me if I'm wrong. ?
Thank you for the help. ?I'm hoping to narrow down the sheer number of channels we have available to us soon.
